タシギ Common snipe
タシギ（田鴫、学名：Gallinago gallinago） チドリ目シギ科タシギ属
分布：北アメリカ大陸、南アメリカ大陸北部・南部、ユーラシア大陸、アフリカ中部・南部、日本。
日本では、春と秋に渡りの途中に飛来する旅鳥。
Snipe with a thickset body and a long bill. Often spotted on paddy fields. Hard to distinguish from other snipes, but this species has a white tip on the secondary flight feathers.
