サンコウチョウ Japanese Paradise Flycatcher

サンコウチョウ（三光鳥、学名：Terpsiphone atrocaudata） スズメ目カササギヒタキ科
日本へは夏鳥として渡来する。
分布:日本、台湾、フィリピンのバタン島とミンダナオ島に分布する。日本には、夏渡来し繁殖する。

Both the male and the female have a black head with crests, a blue bill and blue eye-rings. The contrast between the black and the blue is highly impressive. The adult male has a remarkably long tail while the young male’s tail is as short as the female’s.
